Cancellation Policy
I provide hair for all services, which requires advance preparation and the purchase of materials. For this reason, a 20% cancellation fee will be applied to any no-shows or cancellations made more than 48hrs after booking your appointment. This fee will be collected the day of the scheduled appointment. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
